GetHuman-22309: I received a Cuisinart grill for Christmas. When I tried to remove the tag glued to the top, it would not come off with hot soapy water, glue remover or alcohol. After trying for over one hour I tried using a butter knife which resulted in scars on the machine and still did not remove all of the tag and also left a great deal of glue. I still have not been able to get this glue off even though I did use it once. I called your help line and tried to explain to your representative that the glue was a real problem but she just wanted to "criticize" me for using the butter knife (which I would not have done if anything short of a fusion bomb would have worked). She finally told me that it was my fault and what did I expect from her. What I expected was some good customer service and also an acknowledgement that there was definitely a problem with the glue which still mars my new appliance.
