GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Cuisinart customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Michael S: Was instructed on the first call to clean the unit and then unplug for one hour to reset the coffeepot if this did not work that the unit was under warranty and would replaced. Followed instructions and then called back to have the unit replaced. On the second call was told that unit was a replacement for a previous unit and was now out of warranty. Customer service rep would not let me speak with a manager or provide a number to call for further assistance. Recommend that anyone who reads this stays away from Cuisinart products. They will not last even a year. Go with a cheap pot like Black and Decker at least they last.

~Michael S: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Michael S: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Cuisinart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michael S: For that I would say two out of five.

~Michael S: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Cuisinart to know who you are.
