~Michiana Momma: - Expect every call to take *** min. *- Call several times a day until you get a tracking number. There is no process to notify you that your order is on hold (Their day is divided into * hr blocks so call at least that often)*- Order new rx early. It takes several days for them to process your *st order. No way around this.*- If stuck in the "needs provider clarification" loop, be sure to push back on CS agent - have a pharmacist tell you exactly what is needed every time.*- Log your calls. Keep "fishing" until you find an agent who isn't a complete idiot and use their extension from that point on.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CuraScript. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CuraScript problem?
~Michiana Momma: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michiana Momma: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michiana Momma: For that I would say four out of five.

~Michiana Momma: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CuraScript to know who you are.
