~Tom: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 7th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CuraScript customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tom: I am forced to use Curascript to order my meds because Blue Cross will not allow me to get my prescriptions filled anywhere else. They are without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! On my initial order, it took me FOUR MONTHS to get it filled..due to lack of communication between Curascript and my physician. With the second order, I was told that only one of the meds could be shipped..however both showed up in the shipment (a surprise!) However, when the bill for the second med came, it was for $***..should have been $***. NUMEROUS calls later (being told I would be reinvoiced for the right amount), and I actually receive a credit for $*** to my account..MORE phone calls, and I finally work it out. Now, on my most recent order, I have been told I can only order two of the three meds as one of them is not yet available for order as it was just filled..um, I've never ordered these meds before! So I place the order for the two and am billed for them both. The next

~Tom: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tom: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tom: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CuraScript customers?
~Tom: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CuraScript to know who you are.
