~Carly: I too am forced to use them because of insurance. My daughter's critical med. was late last month and this month she is now out * days and CS doesn't know when they can deliver because of a "back order". I was told by Pfizer that there is no "back order shortage". They have never once called me about anything, except a recording at *:** at night when the med has not arrived as scheduled. They are the worst.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CuraScript. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CuraScript problem?
~Carly: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Carly: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carly: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CuraScript customers?
~Carly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CuraScript to know who you are.
