~bighippo: A guy named Jeff from Dish gave me the run around and didn't advise me on my payment increases after the * month promotion was over for internet. Also, my account was charged extra from what he told me they were going to take out. I feel extremely mislead and lied to just so Jeff can get his commission from the sale. If you don't like being lied to and just looked at as dollar signs, then I suggest you seek cable and internet else where.

~bighippo: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bighippo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bighippo: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~bighippo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
