~Brandi Cross: Brandi Cross ***-***-****. I had the most rude person I have ever had since I have had sdisch, almost a **yr customer. On Nov. * at ***pm, I call ***********. I have had problems with my dish network over the past month and have been calling regularly trying to get issues fixed or corrrected which still hasn't happened to date. This particular phone call was just to reset my remote to a new TV. The lady kept trying to sell me $**.** insurance plan and I told her I did not want it, * times, I just want my remote fixed. She laughed at me and would not help me, she put me on hold and I could hear her laughing and when she cam back gave me another number to call. ***********. I said thanks and hung up. i called the number and it was DIRECT TV!!! Are you GD SERIOUS!!! I am DEAD SERIOUS. You let this kind of **** happen?? Check the recording if i am lieing I am dieing!!!
