GetHuman-104553: I am a customer first and have been in supervisor position for years in service however I spoke with one of you alls supervisor by the name of Lemuel and she was very rude and kept me on hold for **mins in which is not acceptable also she stated that I was giving the wrong information by one of their agents and turned my service off. That was not my fault that she was not trained correctly however I should not have gotten my service interrupted because of lack of training. I want something done about this and will not stop until someone respond to me in regards to my issue. No one as a customer or a human being should be treated as though they are beneath anyone, I dont care what position you have.

GetHuman-104553: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-104553: For that I would say five out of five.
