GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DISH customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Duane Buss: Called the number above for address change and got a person. They transferred me to a phone tree that did not have address change as a choice change as a choice . So I screwed around on the phone tree for a couple of minutes trying to get something accomplished. Finally talked to another person who had to transfer me to another person to finally make the address change. The people were nice and friendly by the way. My question if you have not already guessed is why do you have a number to call for an address change and then transfer you all over **** to get it done. It's very frustrating. Then you have this imbicilic word to type in.

~Duane Buss: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Duane Buss: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Duane Buss: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~Duane Buss: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
