~Gwen Ly: I'm writing to Dish because of the absolute POOR service my father just received from a customer support person about his bill that was doubled for no reason. My father is an elderly man that was screamed at and taunted by a man named Erick. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. My father was simply trying to figure out why he was billed twice as much and was yelled at by a stranger AND we still gave Dish our service! This has happened way too many times. Please have someone look into firing these ill mannered people.

~Gwen Ly: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gwen Ly: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gwen Ly: For that I would say five out of five.

~Gwen Ly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
