GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DISH customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dcoyte1: Have had Internet Service for * months and have paid over $***. Have called and called because it doesn't work. Was told it was the router, which we bought from their installer. We purchased another one and same problem. Said we would have to pay $*** for tech to come to house. Finally after calling numerous times they did another speed test which showed we were **% slower than the average. They then sent someone out who ran his test which showed all working but trying to use the internet wouldn't work. He then checked and replaced the cord to the modem and we have had no problems since. Called C*S to request a credit for the *-* month and was offered **.** credit. And then they charged me $** to send them out. RIP OFF...They could care less

~dcoyte1: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dcoyte1: For that I would say one out of five.
