~oliver: we are past customers of dish we have recieved ** letters from them wantintg us to come back but when I contacted someone via chat mail to ask questions they refused to answer without my giving them my social security number-we left because when the * years was up they kept telling us the price would go up which we expected but they would not give a a direct answer as to how much it was going to go up to basically it was wait until you get the bill and we will surprise you

~oliver: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~oliver: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~oliver: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~oliver: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
