GetHuman-195700: I waited at the appointed time yesterday for the technician to arrive. Never did. Was promised he would arrive even after *pm, again, never did. Still waiting. Have been lied to multiple times. Everyone has a different sorry, all of which add up to the same resolution.....no resolution. Absolutely pathetic.

GetHuman-195700: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-195700: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-195700: For that I would say five out of five.
