~tops: Had the same problem of long wait times on * tries. The *rd time, instead of choosing the option of talking to customer service, I opted for PLACE AN ORDER. In * minutes, someone was on the line! She handled my rewards account problem really well.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DSW. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DSW problem?
~tops: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
