~dswsucks: Horrible ... Horrible ... Horrible I talked to a DSW employee on the chatg line to complain that I had purchased shoes on black friday and not gotten the discount that they had offered the following day! The person on the chat was nice enough and put a credit on my account of $** which is what I would have saved. That made a total of $** because they had given me a $** reward as a new customer! I saw these rewards on my account. It was my understanding that the promotion was still going on so I looked through the shoes on line and picked out * more pairs but when I tried to pay, the code did not work. I then talked to someone again on chat and they asked me if I wanted them to try and get me the discount however after holding for more than ** minutes, I was told that there was nothing that they could do! I then called customer service and after waiting more than ** finally talked to someone who then got a supervior for me ** more minues later. In the end, I was mad that I had sp
