~A: I was calling to report a power outage, which is automated, and is easy. I like that you can call and report it, and call back later to get an update. They are usually pretty accurate in their estimation of the time needed to fix the problem
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DTE Energy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DTE Energy problem?
~A: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~A: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DTE Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~A: For that I would say five out of five.
