~butterfly5116: Professional and curteous service is what I received on ******* from ID*****. Thank you for handling my account. The previous phone call into DTE for a resolution with a shut-off was met with unwillingness to work with a customer who was paying the bill in full but didn't have the deposit and reconnect fee. Glad I called back and got ID***** and her supervisor who were very accomodating. DTE normally gets a bad rap but these two people get a thumbs up!

~butterfly5116: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DTE Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~butterfly5116: For that I would say five out of five.
