~crinkster: I had to call * times before I finally figured how to get a human who could actually help a consumer of the website. This number is basically the corporate home for employees so the phone choices were for employees. If you are having technical problems with the site, DO NOT CHOOSE the number for IT! That is a choice for employee IT problems. They cannot nor will not help you. Wait until the end and choose "*" as in most cases. But I had to listen to all of the choices. When I tried to jump to "*" it wouldn't let me. Maybe it was my phone? When I got the first human, she didn't seem to understand my problem, that the "Diet helper" wouldn't recognize my email address. It took a lot of explaining to her that I was a consumer who had kidney disease and that I wasn't an employee. When she finally "got it," she transferred me to someone who she thought could help. That person understood after a while but suggested I re-register under a different email address. I had to explain t

~crinkster: For that I would say three out of five.
