~Calvin: I have been with Davita for * years now. Previously when I needed equipment replaced it would be delivered the next day. Recently on July **th I needed the control panel to my dialysis equipment replaced. I was getting too many alarms and was nott able to do a conductivity test. The tech said i would get a replacement by Thursday July **th. THat day came and no delivery but when I called to speak to the tech he hung up on me and I had to call back. After calling back I was put on hold for ** min. and then told I would receive the equipment by Friday July **th. No equipment came by *PM so I called and spoke to another tech who put me on hold for ** min. only to tell me that if I did not receive the equipment by *PM to call back. This whole situation is getting very frustrating not to mention I am very worried about my health. At any rate the equipment did not come and now the tech is telling me that it will be delivered on Saturday July **st. Davita has gotten to be a very big company.

~Calvin: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Calvin: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DaVita Inc.'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Calvin: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DaVita Inc. customers?
~Calvin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DaVita Inc. to know who you are.
