~dhpettit: I have called several times and they can't find my order, my order number, or my check. The folks I talk to try to help, but they promise to call back and then don't. I sent an email to access "live chat" but it said they would get back to me within ** hours. They haven't. At this point, I'm just trying to cancel an order that they can't seem to find.
