GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-susanhyd: Trip insurance taken out. Problems getting home, missed flight through no fault of our own ( well documented issues with boarder controls and refugees) other members of my party with other insurance have been paid out. Debenhams for some stupid reason don't cover in bound flights.

GetHuman-susanhyd: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-susanhyd: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Debenhams's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-susanhyd: For that I would say three out of five.
