~Bad Service: Tried on multiple occasions, transferred multiple times, hung up on, no call back. I work in the financial services and Dell has by far the worst customer experience that I have ever encountered all to get my password reset. I have bought numerous computers from them but based on the horrible, and I mean horrible service that is going to change quickly. Better get a handle on your lack of service.
