~Lakebum: I am trying to return laptop that is way heavier than stated, the first time on phone was *.* hours thru about * people. After being told they would only credi back *** of my *** due to shipping. I asked for a manager, his name was Zac,he clarified it was only *.** shipping. I was told they would email me return info. So * days later no return email, then another** min and * people I was told they are emailing info, now * days later no email. No one there speaks proper English, I was going to buy another Dell, but because of this I'm thinking apple
