~absentmindedprof7: I too was sent the wrong AC Adapter and they failed disclose that there was no cord included with this particular adapter. It took me two - one hour phone calls to get the adapter returned, and they would not simply exchange it for the correct one, I had to return it and rebuy it. I was passed around at least four times on both calls, and after an hour on the first call, I was disconnected by them during a transfer to a fifth person.
