~reluctant consumer: After only a moderate amount of complaining about my previously assigned Customer Service rep, I was transferred to a Level * person who shocked me by being helpful, responsive, and direct. That's a first for Dell's typically abysmal offshore outsourced service.*From now on I will insist on Level *.
