~atucker: Have a lab top that was sent back to be fixed out of warranty spent $*** to fix sent back to wrong address and then was still not fixed, support did not run thru options to get working simply told to send back and will take another look.This is for my daughter in college needs now will have to buy one elsewhere and try and recoop my money if possible.

~atucker: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dell - Sales's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~atucker: For that I would say four out of five.
