~chrisb: As a printer*copier tech, I am forced to deal with tech support from a few different manufacturers. My recent experience with Dell is one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had. They could not resolve my customer's printer issue, which was under warranty, over the phone*emails, so they arranged for a Dell tech to come out and take a look. He even brought parts. After he could not resolve issue either, Dell replaced the machine. Everything was resolved in a week and our customer couldn't be happier. Awesome!!!

~chrisb: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~chrisb: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dell - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~chrisb: For that I would say two out of five.
