GetHuman-330691: I don't recommend buying from Dell. It's like gambling. If the item works, you're fine. If you need help of any kind, you may be in for a nightmare. Sitting on hold listening to horrible music and very annoying repeated announcements, reaching the wrong person and having to go back on hold, finding out the department you need is closed, and a very large amount of serious incompetence and noncomprehension of American spoken idioms add up to a very miserable experience.
