GetHuman-126028: The hard drive on the Dell laptop was divided into partitions that made no sense. C: was too small* the D: drive was humongous. Dell would not take responsibility and just kept passing me from one department to another. They wanted me to reinstall the operating system without even trying to use the disk manager* I had to reiterate the problem about ** times to different operators and technicians. I was on the phone for nearly three hours without any resolution - a total nightmare!
