~Upsetcustomer: Dell is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a lap top and a tablet from them * weeks ago. I was supposed to receive the order in * days, but the online status still shows in production. They outsource to India and I could not speak with anyone in the United States. I was hung up on * times by * different reps. Everyone kept giving me a different answer. No one knew what was really going on with my order. I was told it was shipped, it was canceled, it's getting shipped tomorrow, the tablet shipped but the lap top was canceled, the lap top shipped but the tablet was canceled. I have no idea what was going on.

~Upsetcustomer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Upsetcustomer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dell's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Upsetcustomer: For that I would say one out of five.

~Upsetcustomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dell to know who you are.
