~Ani: I have placed an online order for Dell Inspiron **R, ****. Dell send me email that it will be shipped in **days! Than after **days they send *nd email, that they are going to delay due to some unavailable parts, and therefore they will ship estimated time after ** days! I called customer service, they bounced my call to three diff. dept and couldn't helped at all. Finally I got really angry and asked for supervisor He came on line after ** minutes and didn't offer any help to upgrade my computer or to expedite it! I felt so awful! Dell is horrible company to deal with! They lost my $**** business. I was buying two diff. laptops for my business! I would never ever go back to them! They don't know how to do business in this competitive world!

~Ani: For that I would say four out of five.

~Ani: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dell to know who you are.
