GetHuman-446151: I have spent * days trying to get a full refund for a overpriced, under-performing, very disappointing Alienware laptop. On the phone right now actually, Still working on returning the laptop. I have been transfered about ** times back and forth.... make that ** times... to different departments.... Shoot me please.
