~Goblue29: Technician came home to resolve a hardware problem* but he couldn't* called Technical support and they were unable to help both myself and the technician* Say they will resend the part* who pays for my time lost?? Folks in India don't appreciate my time lost in waiting for all these. And they are rude when I ask them about my inconvenience
