~arttess: I spoke to Kimberly and she was nice but could not help me with failed batteries that were less than one year old. She said the **V Lithium battery needs to be charged every two weeks even when not being used. I find this unacceptable to sell batteries with such limited life. I have several Porter Cable power tools along with two battery powered but will certainly evaluate future purchases of Porter Cable tools.
