~cookm612: It took at least ** times to get the fax through (and three days) as well as a number of phone calls, waiting on hold, listening to the automated system saying "good-bye" before giving an opportunity to access a "real" person. Very poor service when an actual person was finally contacted. Very short and rude. Almost like I was taking up their time and their money. Very poor service overall.
