~rnj0723: There is absolutely NO WAY to get a hold of a rep. All lines are always busy! and when you get thru, they still tell you all lines are busy. They should have an option to at least put you on hold. But they just hang up on you. I doubt this is even a real call center, everything is just automated designed to bounce you around and never get you to speak to anyone. Talk about NOT CARING!!!!!!!
