~JR12345: Almost impossible to get in touch with a rep. When you do get through, you just get disconnected later in the call "due to high call volume"... really? When you are lucky, and I mean REAL lucky enough to get in touch with someone, they usually can't help you, are rude, you get disconnected, or they get mad and hang up on you. Why are they mad... we are the ones who just went though pure **** getting in touch with them!
