~barefootbaby: Didn't receive my online order so I called this number and was immediately connected to a real person (woowho!) who said it shows as delivered a week ago. It must have gone into someone else's mailbox or is sitting in the apartment office. If it doesn't turn up by Tuesday of next week they'll reship the product at no cost. Very polite, efficient customer service rep. Completely restored my confidence in Dermstore.
