GetHuman-385050: Surprisingly, the rep did not offer to take my order via ph. I'd called b*c website not working & he explained they are currently updating it & to try back in **-**mins, which is no prob * ME, but * someone who leaves * work, etc, they could have lost a customer if caller gets busy in an hour & totally forgets to try site again. So, that is only reason I'd give service a *** was for not even making the OFFER. But, then again, MAYBE they do not accept orders by phone, who knows?
