~girlofsin: I had to purchase football cleats for my son. We see a whole showcase of nice looking cleats. Of course, no one was at the shoe department. I had to look all over the store for help. I asked someone to paige someone for the shoe department. No one comes. I look again and finally someone comes. Walks slowly and this is the best one of them all. We asked where can we get these cleats. The shoe salesmen says "Oh we don't have those in the store, they are online only". My husband went ballistic. You have to be kidding me. No sign saying online only. Waiting ** minutes for a let down like that. You just lost a customer. How do you go to a store to buy cleats and they have a very few selection to buy but the one you want you cannot get nor try on. We left and went to Sports Authority and guess what they had what we needed.
