~Diicked by dicks: Received a coupon for $** off of a box of ammo for scorecard holders only. Went to the store to purchase and the sales persons had no idea what the coupon was opened email to show them and now the coupon is voided. Contacted ****'s chat center customer service rep Stephanie had no idea what scorecard coupons are asked me to wait *-* minutes while she checked. After waiting ** minutes she came back and wrote wait another *-* mins while she got a additional info. Came back a out * minutes later and gave me the ***-***-**** customer service number and wrote call immediately to have them fix it. This number does not have people to answer on the weekends. ****'s apparently does not care about customer service just getting your money. Do not recommend using the chat method to resolve an issue with dicks
