~No Longer a Dillards Fan: Ordered on line ********. Sister ordered same items more than an hour after I did. I was notified almost * days later that my order was cancelled citing 'out of stock'. Yet my sister's order, placed AFTER mine, was filled. They won't answer my emails, they delete my questions on Facebook. One of their order operators told me that online orders are at the mercy of the person in the warehouse they are handed to to pull. The person handed my order might have gone on a break or to lunch before filling my order, while the person my sisters order was handed to went and pulled the items. They snooze, I lose. UNACCEPTABLE!
