GetHuman-436526: FINALLY, I had the pleasure of speaking with EDDIE MARTINEZ, who speaks great English and has a great caring & compassionate attitude--most unusual at DirecTV. He not only calmed me down as I was almost blowing a cork, but he was able to resolve a most difficult situation that had the potential of costing me hundreds of dollars!! Eddie went way out of his way in this resolution, far more than I ever expected, his speaking manner is soft in a trusting way and so unlike the normal DirecTV way!! Anyone reading this can be assured, if I were still in high level management positions that are always looking for great individuals that truly know how to speak with consumers, rather than talk like robots, I would have hired Eddie on the spot away from DirecTV. HE IS THAT GREAT!!

GetHuman-436526: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-436526: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-436526: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-436526: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
