~taream: I spoke with Danielle. I wanted to get the Golf channel for a program that was showing now. Instead of saying I had access immediately, she started by saying it may take **-** hours... I then interrupted her to say I needed it NOW. She then chastised me, as if I was a child. She went on to say I would have access now, but it might not be on my guide for **-** hours. Was I wrong to interrupt, yes. Does she need to communicate with customers--YES
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DirecTV. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DirecTV problem?
~taream: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~taream: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~taream: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DirecTV customers?
~taream: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
