~unhappy new customer: It took me four phone calls to get them to reverse a $* charge they assessed and charged to my credit card for "customer service call". Here's the deal with DirecTV - their phones reps are very pleasant and pretend they are giving you a credit, even going so far as to give you a bogus confirmation * and their name. But magically, the credit doesn't appear on your next bill, or the one after the next phone call. I finally got them to credit me the $* (and send an email confirmation) by threatening to report them to the CA Attorney General.

~unhappy new customer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
