~Brenda Davis: My mother, an elderly woman, Nora E Hamilton changed her service from Direct TV to a better service. DT hacked into her checking account and took all of her money b*c she switched carriers. Her prior service with DT was awful, the internet was always down, the phone service was badso she changed. They want her back as a customer to get her money back. Why should she have to take poor service just to get her money back? I would never recommend this Co. to anyone. Its not fair for them to take all of her money. I will help her to fight this to get her $ back. This is terrible, shes very unhappy with the way shes been treated.

~Brenda Davis: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brenda Davis: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brenda Davis: For that I would say four out of five.

~Brenda Davis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
