GetHuman-387192: Prior to my temporary departure from Direct TV, I have been a customer for over * years and I have never received such terrible, terrible service. I guess it is my fault for upgrading to HD TV which is where my nightmare began. First, I was sent a replacement direct tv box that did not work. Then I had to get my bill corrected because of billing errors. Then today I find out that Direct TV removed my correct billing account information and added someone else's billing information to my acccount. Because of the mistake of an incompentent worker now I have to resend in my billing information that was on my account all the long. To make matters worst, I now have to wait ** days for my billing information to be re-added because of this incompentent worker.**Direct TV, what has happened to your quality of service. I am so..disappointed.
