GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DirecTV customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-214106: The person I talked to did not know what he was talking about!! He told me that my apartment complex had a service man that they used and Direct TV could not send a person to address my problem to my location. I told him that was not the case. And continued to tell me that was the case. I gave up at that point and hung up. I call my Apt. Manger and she said they had no such contract with a Direct TV co. I finally had to call a *rd party co. to get service for my Direct TV service scheduled. Very poor on Direct TV part.

GetHuman-214106: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-214106: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-214106: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
