~art grindle: U claim to have ** hr tech support and it is simply just a lie. U have ur phones programed to say call back tomorrow. Such BS false advertising! I am no longer a happy customer. I have spent hours and * phone calls in the past week and u still cant get it right. It took * calls just to change my phone number. Your customer service people do their best and are all very sincere. Why not help them out and support their sincere efforts? They deserve that. Harry Stubbs, Garland, Texas, ***-***-****. *Desperate and misled in Texas.
