GetHuman-165783: I had to enter my account info twice and "press * for English" * times. When I finally got a real person, it turned out it was someone in the tax department who couldn't help me at all. She transferred me to another representative who spoke with a very heavy Hispanic accent. Once I said I was trying to cancel my service, she told me I had the wrong number and hung up on me.
